The Mercure Hotel is in the centre of Inverness. It is a modern 4-star hotel, on an ancient site on the banks of the River Ness. Many of the Conference guests will be staying in the hotel for one or both of the nights of the conference weekend. The dinner on Saturday night will be in this hotel.

Do you need a bed for the night?

NOSAS has reserved a number of rooms in the hotel on the Saturday night at a reduced rate - £93 single occupancy, £103 double occupancy, both B&B. These are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  To take advantage of this NOSAS rate contact the hotel and ask to book one of the rooms reserved to North of Scotland Archaeological Society.

However, if you are booking early, it would be worth enquiring what other room offers are available. You may be able to arrange a cheaper rate yourself than the one we negotiated, particularly if you commit to the date and go for a room-only plan (ie no breakfast).
