Aultgowrie area, near Marybank

This NOSAS winter walk of 5kms mostly on tracks visits several sites in the vicinity of Aultgowrie/Fairburn on the River Orrin. On the agenda is a fort (of sorts), a teetering tower and a Victorian hydro scheme, plus other stuff.

Meet 10am at the end of the forest road 500m north of the bridge over the River Orrin at Aultgowrie - GR NH480520, where there is ample parking

Come prepared for all sorts of weather and bring a picnic. At this time of year its all very weather and road dependant of course, so please let me know if you intend to come mm.marshall321@btinternet.com
